Cristy is a connector, activator, and encourager, who loves supporting individuals and organizations in their personal and professional growth and impact. Since 2015, in partnership with John Maxwell, she has inspired and equipped over 1,000 Dayton Area leaders and their organizations by sharing Dr. Maxwell's proven leadership principles and by bringing the Live2Lead world-class speakers to Dayton via the Live2Lead:Dayton leadership event. In addition to Live2Lead:Dayton, at the invitation of Presidents and local leaders, Cristy has traveled with Dr. Maxwell and the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation to Paraguay, Costa Rica, and Tupelo, Mississippi, to help facilitate Community and Country Transformation Projects. Cristy's extensive Maxwell Leadership training and her background in education, media, business, nonprofit, and ministry leadership have influenced her strong belief that individuals and organizations only thrive when they discover their God-given passions and purposes and are empowered to use their strengths and skills in a healthy, collaborative growing environment. She is blessed to serve on local nonprofit boards, as well as consult other faith-based nonprofit leaders on leadership and fundraising.

Her ultimate delight is deepening her faith and ministry and doing life with her amazing family--husband Ken, four married children, and thirteen grandchildren. 

An award-winning entrepreneur, Greg McAfee has a passion for helping business owners take their businesses to new heights. In 1990, Greg started McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning Co., his only capital was a meager $274 and a well-used truck. Today, Greg runs one of the most successful HVAC companies in the Midwest and is called upon to share his expertise with other business owners all over the nation.

In his new book, “Build and Grow Your HVAC Business”, Greg shares nine elements that will guide you in growing your business. He loves to inspire others to chase their dreams at full force, just as he has in his own life and business. Greg is still the working President of his company and puts the same systems and ideas in to place at his own laboratory, McAfee Heating and Air Conditioning Company, in Dayton, Ohio.

Greg resides in Beavercreek, Ohio. Several years ago Greg sent articles to national trade magazines and many were published, which led to coaching, which led to business boot camps/revivals, and now The Greg McAfee Show. All these services help HVAC business owners think different and help grow their companies.

Ken has over 30 years of professional experience in radio and television broadcasting, most noted for his time at WDTN-TV2 with Omar Williams and Dan Patrick, 14 years as a Fox45 news anchor and program host of “In The Area," and a recent 7-year stint in Christian radio at 93.7 The Light.

Ken's a Certified John Maxwell Coach and co-host of Live2Lead:Dayton. He uses his training and gifting to communicate and connect with and help people of all ages and backgrounds and truly believes, as John Maxwell teaches, that valuing and serving people and building strong, authentic relationships is the foundation of leadership and influence. He deeply values faith and family and also enjoys interviewing people, sharing stories, directing high school musicals, watching a good game, and laughing hilariously with family and friends. 

Ken and Cristy have lived in the Dayton area for 43 years and still enjoy doing life together here with their four married kids and twelve grandchildren.
